The Appoquinimink Foundation was formed in 2010 to innovatively and independently support the educational goals of the Appoquinimink School District. The Foundation maintained 501(c)(3) non-profit status in 2012. This allows groups and individuals the opportunity to make tax-free donations to the educational process in the Appoquinimink School district and help meet the three major constituents of the local Educational system: The Student, The Educators, and the Community.
